These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the TMI UPSC Prelims preparation platform at https://www.tmi.college (the “Service”), operated by TMI Educational Technology (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Accounts
You sign in using Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be eligible to form a binding contract.
The Service
TMI provides learning content, practice, quizzes, tests, maps and analytics for UPSC Prelims preparation. Content is provided for educational purposes only and is not a guarantee of any examination result. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Free & Pro access
Free access is ₹0 forever. Both Pro plans unlock full concept and theme decks. Tests, practice, map quizzes, PYQ browsing, progress insights and revision are also available on Free. Free access to these tools does not unlock full Pro decks. Monthly Pro is ₹1,299 per calendar month, a recurring subscription that renews until cancelled. Each confirmed monthly payment provides access for its paid calendar-month period.
Annual Pro is a one-time payment of ₹10,999. Access lasts until the later of one calendar year from payment or the actual Prelims 2027 results cutoff. Annual Pro does not auto-renew. While the actual results date is unknown, annual access does not expire on a provisional date or at the calendar-year minimum; that minimum is always protected.
Legacy one-time purchases retain their original purchase terms. Existing buyers are not automatically enrolled in recurring billing.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By purchasing, you authorise the charge for the plan you select, including recurring charges if you choose Monthly Pro. The final price, including any applicable annual promotion, is shown before payment and is inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Entitlement is granted after your payment is confirmed. Authorising a monthly mandate or seeing browser checkout success alone does not confirm paid access. Coupons are not supported for Monthly Pro.
Refunds & cancellation
Refund and cancellation terms are described in our Refund Policy: You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if TMI Pro isn’t right for you. To prevent misuse, refunds may be declined where a substantial portion of the Pro content has already been accessed or where repeated requests indicate abuse. Duplicate or failed-payment charges are always corrected.
Cancelling Monthly Pro stops future renewal once cancellation is confirmed and retains access for the period already paid for. A pending cancellation is not yet confirmed. Stopping use of the Service or signing out does not cancel a recurring subscription.
If you switch from monthly to annual, monthly cancellation is queued only after the annual payment is confirmed. Provider cancellation may remain pending and is retried until resolved. There is no automatic unused-time credit for this switch. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund; refund requests are reviewed under the existing policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not copy, resell, scrape or redistribute our content.
- Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Do not use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.
Intellectual property
All content and materials on the Service (excluding official examination questions, which remain the property of their respective bodies) are owned by TMI Educational Technology or its licensors and are protected by law.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for examination outcomes arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
